Our policy is to promptly respond to any and all complaints that we receive. Please email us at info@maltuzi.com or fill out our domain name inquiry form if you:
- Believe you have a trademark, copyright or other legal right to a domain name registered by Maltuzi;
- Own a trade name that you do not want Maltuzi to purchase; or
- Have received spam that you think we need to know about.
Although complaints arise from fewer than one in every thousand domain names that we purchase, we take every complaint we receive very seriously. We attempt to respond via email to each complaint, regardless of how we receive the complaint. We always work diligently to resolve complaints to the satisfaction of all parties as quickly as possible.
